Yes, every new clinic gets a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required. You get every feature for two weeks. If you have not subscribed by day 14, nothing is charged: your data stays, the clinic goes read-only after three days, and you can subscribe to any plan whenever you are ready.

Razorpay for monthly subscription, UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, EMI. Annual plans can also be paid via bank transfer; contact support for the proforma invoice.

Prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout, so Pro is ₹2,359 a month charged. Every payment comes with a numbered tax invoice from Techrange Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (GSTIN 09AAJCT6491L1ZI). A GST-registered clinic can claim the input credit; most dental clinics are not registered, because dental treatment is exempt, and for them the GST is part of the cost.

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Plan & add-ons. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle so you don't lose paid days.

Your clinic's data is yours. You can export everything (patients, appointments, invoices, treatments) as Excel/CSV at any time from Settings → Export. After cancellation we retain data for 90 days for restoration, then permanently delete it per the DPDP Act 2023.

DentsKart charges one flat fee per clinic. We don't charge per patient, per invoice, per message, or a commission on the patients you already have, and those metered fees are how the headline price on other platforms grows. Pick a plan and everything in it is included.
