Yes, every new clinic gets a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required. You get every feature for two weeks. If you don't add a payment method by day 14, your clinic downgrades to Starter automatically (₹999/month) or you can simply stop using the app, no sudden charges.

Razorpay for monthly subscription, UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, EMI. Annual plans can also be paid via bank transfer; contact support for the proforma invoice.

Prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout. Your monthly invoice is fully GST-compliant and claimable as a business expense (input tax credit applies for registered clinics).

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Subscription. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle so you don't lose paid days.

Your clinic's data is yours. You can export everything (patients, appointments, invoices, treatments) as Excel/CSV at any time from Settings → Export. After cancellation we retain data for 90 days for restoration, then permanently delete it per the DPDP Act 2023.
